Spring Equinox Day Retreat

Op deze dag verbinden we ons met de vernieuwende energieën van de lente, met behulp van meditatie, speelse oefeningen en sound healing. We zetten onze intentie voor de lente en schenken ook wat aandacht aan "spring cleaning", het aanreiken van tools om ons energieveld te reinigen. De lente equinox is de start van het natuurlijke nieuwe jaar.

On January 17th 10:00 am MST (18 hours GMT+1 Brussels and Amsterdam time), Jens will do a guided live meditation from Sedona.

Sedona is known as the "starseed" capital of the world. It is not only a place of great natural beauty, but also has great many vortexes. Sedona is enfolded in spiritual vortex energy that can be experienced, and is most active at the multiple vortex sites that can be found there. The four best known Sedona vortexes are found at Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Boynton Canyon, each having it own particular energy.

In this meditation we will connect with the energy of the Sedona vortexes. Since energy doesn't know any time or distance, it is possible to connect with these energies to facilitate the intentions set forth for this meditation. We will connect with the Sedona energies to download the frequencies we most need at this time. First we will do a self healing/frequency download and in the last part of the meditation we will also do some healing for the collective. Jens is physically at the location to anchor in the frequencies with the help of his spiritual guides and will guide the meditation live from Sedona vortex field.
